Admissions Overview
Assessment and Eligibility Criteria
Admission to all classes is subject to seat availability. For San Toddler, San Learner, San Junior, San Senior, and Class I, an interaction with parents and an informal assessment with the child are conducted.
For Class II and above, a written assessment is held to evaluate readiness. The syllabus, date, and time of assessment are shared at the time of registration.
Admission age criteria follows CBSE norms:
- San Toddler (2+ to 3+ years)
- San Learner (3+ to 4+ years)
- San Junior (4+ to 5+ years)
- San Senior (5+ to 6+ years)

- Preference is given to siblings and transfer cases where applicable.

- Every application is reviewed with equal opportunity and care.
Admission Process
- Parents can collect and submit the registration form at the school reception to express their interest.
- A counselling session and campus tour are arranged for parents to understand the school environment.
- Based on the class applied for, the child appears for an interaction or a written assessment.
- The school reviews performance, seat availability, and eligibility criteria before finalizing admission.
Results are shared with parents, and selected students are offered admission. - Parents must complete fee payment and submit all required documents within three working days to confirm the seat.

Details of Assessment, Fee, and Required Documents
Assessment Details
For Pre-Nursery to Class I
- Parent interaction and child interaction with the pre-primary coordinator and teacher.
For Classes II – V
- Subjects: English and Mathematics
- Duration: 1 hour (25 marks per subject)
For Classes VI – IX
- Subjects: English, Science, and Mathematics
- Duration: 2 hours (25 marks per subject)
For Class XI
Admission based on Class X Board results and seat availability.
- Science: Minimum 70% in Science, Math & English.
- Commerce (with Math): Minimum 70% in Math & English.
- Commerce (without Math) / Humanities: Minimum 65% in SST & 70% in English.
- An interaction with the Principal/Vice Principal is also conducted.
Note:
- Admissions to Classes X and XII are rare and allowed only with special permission from CBSE, as per CBSE norms.
- Transfer Certificates for students from outside Uttar Pradesh must be counter-signed by the District Inspector of Schools.
Result and Fee Payment
Result Communication
- Results of the interaction or entrance are communicated to parents on the same day via email and phone call.
Fee Formalities
- Selected candidates must complete all fee formalities within 3 working days of result notification.

Documents Required for Admission
- Birth Certificate: One photocopy of the child’s birth certificate (or Class X certificate for higher classes).
- Aadhaar Card: Copy of Aadhaar card of the student and parents.
- Address Proof: Copy of sale deed, rent agreement, or recent electricity bill.
- PEN Number: Copy of the student’s Permanent Enrollment Number (if applicable).
- Previous School Report Card: Copy of the latest report card.
- Caste Certificate (if applicable): SC/ST/OBC certificate.
- Photographs: Two passport-size photographs of parents and four of the student.
- Transfer Certificate: Original, issued by the previous school.
- Medical Fitness Certificate: Certified by a registered medical practitioner.
- Vaccination Record: General vaccination or COVID-19 certificate.
- Passport & Visa (for international students): Copy of valid passport and visa.
